What Information Is Collected?
While not necessarily personally identifiable, we may collect and store information that you provide to us via the Sites, in one of our retail stores, or that you provide to our Customer Service Department, as further described below.

- Non-Personal Data

Non-Personal Data cannot be used to specifically identify you. Our Sites enable users to post their own content, for example by writing product reviews. How Will I Be Informed About Changes Regarding This Policy?

The parties to arbitration may use legal counsel at their own expense, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney’s fees. All costs of arbitration (including arbitrator fees) shall be paid by The Collected Group Retail, except only that if you bring the arbitration, you may be charged an initial filing fee that shall not exceed the filing fees that you would incur for bringing an action in court. This provision will not affect any claimant’s rights to seek relief from small claims court. Claims brought on behalf of or allegedly representing or including other persons or entities, including but not limited to any class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action, shall be a "Class Action." Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy or the JAMS rules, any parties subject to this arbitration provision shall be barred from bringing or participating in any Class Action related to a dispute covered by this arbitration provision. However, if these Class Action restrictions are ever deemed illegal or unenforceable, they shall be severed from this arbitration provision. In that event, any Class Action shall be exempted from this arbitration provision and brought in court. This arbitration provision is subject to the Federal Arbitration Act, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The Collected Group does not tolerate slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in its supply chain. The Collected Group, through its policies and compliance programs, requires that suppliers abide by standards to ensure that suppliers provide for a safe and healthy working environment. We require every vendor to sign and acknowledge The Collected Code of Conduct which, among other things, contains certifications that the materials incorporated into goods provided to the company comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.
Does The Collected Group maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking?
The Collected Group compliance program is reviewed annually or more frequently as needed. We keep records of audit results and follow up on corrective action to ensure compliance. Our compliance team is in regular communication with sourcing, including reporting severe issues with a supplier’s compliance level. We have zero tolerance for use of forced labor, including slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain, and if identified, that supplier would be subject to disciplinary actions including immediate remediation and possible termination of business.
