Equipment UGC Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Description: Equipment UGC Promotion begins April 1, 2023 and ends April 30, 2023

2. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: Sunrise Brands LLC

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older

4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner per week will receive a $100 gift card to Equipmentfr.com

5. How to Enter: Each participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging @Equipmentfr in an Instagram post featuring Equipment styles and using the hashtag #EQstyled. The participant must be following @Equipmentfr in order to qualify and their Instagram account must be public.

6. Winner Selection: The Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The selection will occur once a week throughout the duration of the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection.

8. Release: Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release before receiving their prize.

9. Privacy: Any Personal Information Supplied By You Will Be Subject To The Privacy Policy Of The Sponsor Posted At https://sunrisebrands.com/terms-conditions/.

Limitation Of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; or any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
