EquipmentFR.com accepts the following credit card payment options: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. At this time EquipmentFR.com cannot accept international credit cards. The total dollar amount of your order and transfer of funds will occur at the time your order is placed.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. EquipmentFR.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

EquipmentFR.com is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on EquipmentFR.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Equipmentfr.com partners with Borderfree, a global e-commerce provider, to offer international shopping. Borderfree allows us to show all our prices in your currency and displays your final total during Checkout. Borderfree also lets us take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Borderfree, but Equipmentfr.com is happy to handle all your customer service needs.
How to Order
Your country will automatically be located by your IP address. If you wish to ship to a different country, select the Change Country link at checkout and choose your shipping destination. When you check out, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by Borderfree. You'll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. If you don't see your country listed, Borderfree doesn't currently ship to that destination. If you are shipping to a U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by Borderfree and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Equipmentfr.com updates exchange rates every day. You'll receive a message if exchange rates have been updated while you're shopping.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that Borderfree supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree during Checkout.
Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during Checkout. Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree when your package is shipped to its final international destination. You'll see "(pending)" on your credit card statement. Equipmentfr.com gift cards are not accepted at this time.
Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by Borderfree based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping to international destinations. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
Once your transaction is complete, Equipmentfr.com will ship your item to the Borderfree shipping hub in the United States. Borderfree then ships your order to its final international destination. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact Equipmentfr.com customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Mail the completed form with your item(s) to Borderfree, our international shipping partner. Borderfree will credit your account when it receives the form and merchandise.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your EquipmentFR.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. EquipmentFR.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
Purchases made online can also be returned at any of Equipment's stores. Equipment will gladly ship the merchandise back to our online store for you, and you will receive a full refund once it is received. For a list of our stores, please visit our STORES PAGE.
MAKING A RETURN
- Complete the return form and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include this form with your shipment.
- Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.
- Affix the pre-paid UPS return label to the box and drop it off at ay UPS pick-up location.

Upon receipt of returned goods, EquipmentFR.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
At this time, EquipmentFR.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on EquipmentFR.com.
