Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

EquipmentFR.com is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on EquipmentFR.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your EquipmentFR.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. EquipmentFR.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
Purchases made online can also be returned at any of Equipment's stores. Equipment will gladly ship the merchandise back to our online store for you, and you will receive a full refund once it is received. For a list of our stores, please visit our STORES PAGE.
MAKING A RETURN
- Mark the items on the invoice that you wish to return and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include the invoice with your shipment.
- Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.
- Affix the pre-paid UPS return label to the box and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location.

Upon receipt of returned goods, EquipmentFR.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
